This recipe is super simple and yummy!

In a sauce pan mix:

2 cans light can coconut milk

30 drops liquid stevia

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons non GMO corn starch

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

cook on medium/low heat until the corn starch and cocoa powder dissolve 

let cool for at least 2 hours before pouring into your ice cream maker

after your gelato is set by mixing in your ice cream maker, sprinkle 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds.
