So today I used my WMF pressure cooker for the first time today! I must admit I was a bit scared, and intimidated by it😅But it was actually a lot easier to use then I had imagined! I used it to cook black beans for this recipe.
On to the recipe:
1 3/4-2 cups cooked black beans, i used this
1/3 cup coconut sugar, I used this
1/3 cup almond butter or peanut butter, I used this
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 or more cup cacao or cocoa powder, I used
Place all the ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth
Stir in white chocolate chips (use as much or as little as you want), I used
Place the dough in the fridge for an hour to make it easier to work.
Roll into balls and press down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a 350f oven for 10-12 minutes
